SAVE THE DATE: July 8-9-10, 2011
It will be the 100th year in 2011 that our grandparents emigrated here from Belgium; it was decided that we will celebrate that fact inviting all the DeBlieck family
- We have chosen this date to tie in with the July 4th week-end for those who use vacation time then
- It is also the first week-end of the Laura Ingalls Wilder pageant.
- Friday, Paul is planning a motor coach tour of some historic sites ending at the Wilder Pageant in Walnut Grove
- We will have a meet and greet in a hospitality room on Friday
- Sat is the big day to meet and visit in the dining hall @ Jackpot Junction and Casino in Morton.
- A room full of all DeBlieck relatives – WOW - some you know and some you will get to know
- We have yet to decide what we will do on Sun
- We have reserved a block of rooms for anyone who wishes to stay at Jackpot
- The block will be held until 1 month before the reunion
- Plus there is ample camping in areas nearby as well as at Jackpot Junction
We are looking forward to your celebrating at the reunion with us. Please look for future update to come as our planning committee forges ahead!
